We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being received. 

Orders will take 1-2 weeks to deliver after being shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated

International Shipping Orders take 3 days to process and 1-4 weeks to deliver after being shipped. 

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
